“A universe full of stars, one of which is yours, shining only for you and lighting up your path. Do not look back, follow the star, it guides you to the sea, leads you to yourself, where you will find all the love and security you were looking for in vain along the way, you have come home.”

 The cuvée “suis l’étoile”, is a blend created from our old Grenache and Carignan vineyards as well as from some Syrah. The percentage of the constellation depends on the year. For 18 months, the wine is developed in once used French barrels of different sizes.


2007: 50% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 25% Syrah
2008: 35% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 25% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre

"Another decadent, beautifully layered effort from this domaine, the 2011 Suis l'étoile is made from 80% Grenache, 10% Carignan and 10% Syrah that was vilified and aged in older demi-muid.  Loaded with ripe blackberry and black raspberry fruit, melted liquorice, toasted spice and back meatiness, it hits the palate with a massive, mouth-coating texture, a stacked mid-palate and no hard edges.  This is a hedonistic dream to enjoy over the coming 4-6 years." -The Wine Advocate 2015

"The 2009 Cotes Catalanes Suis l'étoile, which is 50% old-vine Grenache, 25% old-vine Carignan, offers loads of smoke, toast, liquorice, and cured meats to go with a core of black raspberry, cassis and kirsch-styled fruit.  Full-bodied, seamless, layered and balanced, with a blockbuster finish, it will deliver the goods over the coming 7-8 years, probably longer, although I see no reason to delay gratification here."
