Domaine des Enfants is heading north to Stockholm to present our wines at Vinordic 2012. Vinordic is a beverage trade show held in parallel with GastroNord every second year at Stockholm International Fairs. Vinordic and GastroNord are Nothern Europe's largest meeting place for the Hotel/Restaurant business.

Here we are in December.  Every tank has been pressed, and put into barrel.  Pruning for 2012 has already begun.  Luckily we have a little down time for family and for the holidays, and we wish everyone a very peaceful holday season.

We have offically finished picking all the fruit, the vinification on our whites is finished, and we are in the process of finishing all our reds.  We have almost TWICE the wine of last year, however we don't have twice the space...  We are working on it.

We had an excellent hardworking team this year from all different parts of the world, and they have all departed now to return home. Of course nothing would have ever been accomplished without the team.  

Also...  The wine tastes gooooooood

we have finished bottling 2010 tabula rasa, 2009 suis l'étoile, and 2009 la larme de l'âme!  We have also finished harvesting all our whites, and will be continuing next week with syrah. Time is going by incredibly fast, before we know it, we will be on holidays

Here we are in August, it's quite hot, but at least we have been having a lot of rain this season.  There are many grapes on the vines this year, and we are anticipating 2011 to be an excellent vintage.  We began our harvest last week with our muscat in maury.
