"La larme de l'âme ist unsere Top-Cuvée. Er ist eine Assemblage unserer besten Lagen einzeln in offenen 600 Litern Gärständern vinifiziert und besteht hauptsächlich aus Syrah sowie Grenache und Carignan. Der Syrah reift in Barriques, Grenache und Carignan werden in (von 2008 an) einmal gebrauchten 400 und 600 Liter Fässern ausgebaut um die Frucht besser zu bewahren und die Struktur der Weine dennoch zu unterstützen. Der Wein ist nur in begrenzter Menge verfügbar.

2007: 50% Syrah, 25% Carignan, 25% Grenache (1'500 Flaschen)
2008: 50% Syrah, 35% Carignan, 15% Grenache (1'800 Flaschen)

2009: 50% Syrah, 25% Carignan, 25% Grenache (1'500 Flaschen)
